I came up with this recipe one night when I was needing something quick for dinner.
Easy sweet and sour chicken
1 bag frozen popcorn chicken
1 bottle sweet and sour sauce of choice (any stir fry sauce works well, my current favorite is Panda Express Orange Sauce)
1 bag frozen stir fry vegetables
rice, cooked
Combine chicken, vegetables and sauce in large skillet. Cook for about 10-15 minutes on low until thoroughly cooked.  Serve over rice.
